I recently started making this sauce for chicken and Mike loves it. It is perfect for chicken thighs and breasts, but would also be great on pork or fish.
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp salt
Puree jalapeno and orange juice in a small blender or Magic Bullet. Heat in a small sauce pan and whisk in the honey and salt. Let the sauce come to a simmer, whisking frequently, then reduce heat.
Cook chicken, whether on the grill or in the oven, then toss in sauce once cooking is done.
